The storefront is a recent addition to the Rebel Pickles brand and it went online shortly before COVID-19 could truly affect it. The company I work with is a print-on-demand drop shipper, so as orders come in, they are processed then. During this pandemic, they have had to rescale operations to keep up with the demands.
What this means is that apparel items have longer than usual fulfillment and shipping times. Non apparel items are closer to or at normal fulfillment and shipping times. Items like printed tee shirts, hoodies, jackets, shorts, hats, etc have a fulfillment time of around 3 weeks. Items like mugs, face masks, socks and phone cases have fulfillment times of around 7 days. We’re sorry for an inconvenience, but if you do place an order, I assure you it will get fulfilled. If it can’t for some reason, you will be given a refund.
