Sour Pickles

Just as update, we are waiting on some fermentation weights to get delivered, but once they do, we have the rest of the stuff ready to experiment with fermented (sour) pickles. It has been requested for awhile, and we finally took the steps to get started. The recipes we found were big batches so we are starting there, and once we learn the technique well, we can scale it down. We will have to convert units as well: they are currently in imperial and we use metrics for each of use and conformity. We will keep you posted on this first test batch of fermented pickles!
